UK & SPAIN DELIVERY
All orders are sent the following day if ordered before 8pm Mon-Fri and sent via registered Spanish recorded post. We do not post orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Estimated delivery on packages is 5-7 working days.
Shipping to Europe takes 5-10 working days to arrive, but may occasionally take longer depending on location.
UNITED STATES DELIVERY
Delivery can take between 10-25 working days depending on your location. We make every effort to get your items to you as soon as possible. Please be aware of possible delays at customs.
We ship to a large number of other countries. Please select your country on the payment page of the checkout for delivery options and fees. All orders are sent registered an will require a signature on delivery.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
A signature is required for all UK orders over £100 and for smaller orders with optional recorded delivery. While we make every effort to pack your order into as small a package as possible to fit through your letter box, you may need to be home to receive large orders.
If you cannot be home, please enter a different delivery address or your postal worker will leave a card with information about collecting your package from your local post office depot.
We use plain white or brown padded envelopes. Occasionally, we might use a small cardboard box. Orders will have your name and address along with a stamp, details for recorded delivery etc.
We use discreet packaging; our company name or website address doesn't appear so there's no indication of what's inside or where it came from without opening it.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER
Orders can be delayed for reasons outside of our control, such as flight delays or adverse weather. Whilst they normally turn up within a few days, please be patient.
If your order hasn't arrived after a week (14 days for Europe), get in touch with us to investigate. We can go through checks with you, refund postage costs and issue a replacement.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU GAVE US THE INCORRECT ADDRESS
Get in touch with us as soon as possible, If we haven’t shipped your order we can update your delivery address and send it correctly. However, if you inform us after it has shipped there is little we can do.
Over time, the order may come back to us via the anonymous return address on the back of the envelope after a couple of weeks. If this happens, we can refund the cost of the products you ordered. Delivery costs (if applicable) will not be refunded for mistakes.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER AND REFUNDS
We accept returns and will refund in full for any reason, provided the product is returned as new, unused and unopened. If your product is damaged we do not always require a return if the issue is obvious, yet we would require photographic proof.
All returns must reach us within 14 days from the date you received them. We will not refund return postage. We will reverse payment direct to your bank account within 3 days of receipt.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be charged for both delivery and collection.
